What you get

Your books, done.
Every single morning.

Paper goes in a folder tonight. By morning you have current books, one plain-English brief, and anything suspicious held for your eyes.

The morning brief

What's due, who owes you, what looks wrong — every line cites the page it came from.

Monday · June 8
Due this week — $18,412 across 9 bills ↳ 9 pages
Coast Line Grocery owes $4,180, 31 days late ↳ HL-021664
Duplicate delivery bill caught before payment ↳ SCV-2209
lands by email at 7 a.m. · no app, no login

Money leaks, caught

Flagged before you pay, not after.

Your House Latte sells 97 cups a week at $6.50.

In the product this isn't a guess: one tap starts measuring, and two weeks of till data render the verdict.

Who it's for

The back office you
were about to hire.

Not software you learn — a nightly service that does the desk half of a manager's job. You keep the people work.

Cafés & food shops

Every drink has a recipe, so the room knows what the till sold, what the shelf holds, and what the gap costs. One demo cafe caught $2,632 of quiet bean-price creep — before the next order went out.

Contractors

Every invoice and bill tagged to its job, so job margin is a number you check — not a feeling. Bills that aren't yours get held before money moves.

CPA & tax practices

Every client's returns, notices, and workpapers filed overnight and findable in seconds — read on one machine we own and run, originals kept intact and handed back whenever you ask.
How it works

Four steps.
You do exactly one.

The pipeline runs from a folder of files to a finished dashboard — owned end to end, nobody typing in the middle.

01

Drop files in a folder

We set up a pickup folder on your computer. Scans, PDFs, phone photos, bank exports — any pile, any order.

your only step
02

We pick it up overnight

An encrypted pull collects the day's drop-ins on a schedule tuned to how your business runs. Our AI reads every page.

encrypted nightly pickup
03

Code checks every number

Plain arithmetic does the math and hunts duplicates, price creep, and money moving the wrong way. The AI never invents a number.

Books current by morning — one view for last night, one for everything. Anything unproven waits in Review for your eyes.

Security, in plain words

Where your paperwork actually goes.

No badges, no jargon — the setup, stated plainly.

Encrypted pickup
Each night your documents travel one encrypted hop — from the pickup folder on your computer to our server, sealed end to end. No third-party service reads them. When the two machines can't reach each other directly, the sealed link is relayed by Tailscale, which carries traffic it cannot open.
One private server
Owned and run by us. Not a data center, not a SaaS platform — your documents are read, stored and computed on this one machine, and nowhere else.
No AI company sees it
The models run on our own hardware. Your pages are never sent to any AI company's API.
Encrypted at rest
The server's disk is encrypted, and so is every nightly backup — fourteen nightly generations, each one AES-256 under a key we hold. Today those backups live on that same machine: the second copy kept off it is configured and proved, but the disk is not plugged in yet, and this line will keep saying so until it is. Your business sits in its own folder, separate from every other client's.
Card numbers masked
Card numbers are stripped out of the text we store and out of the filenames we keep, so the books themselves never carry one. Your original documents are a different thing: we keep them exactly as you handed them over — unaltered, card number and all — because that is what lets us hand them back.
The memo is email
One thing does leave this machine: your 7 a.m. memo, sent as ordinary email, so it travels through the mail providers on both ends the way any email does. It carries figures and short sentences — never your documents.
Leave anytime
Ask, and you get your original documents back plus your books as CSV files. Your working data is purged from the live system that day; the encrypted nightly backups it still sits inside roll off within 14 days. No lock-in.

Straight answers

What owners ask us.

What do I have to do, day to day?
Put documents in a folder — scans, photos, PDFs, downloads. That's the whole job. Everything after that runs itself overnight.
What do I have to install or maintain?
Nothing you manage. We set up the pickup folder once; after that, our system collects new documents each night and runs the whole pipeline on our hardware. No servers in your closet, no updates, no IT project.
Where does my data live?
On one private server that we own and run — not a public cloud, not a SaaS platform, and never inside an AI company's API. Each night your documents travel one encrypted hop from the pickup folder on your computer to that server, and that is the only place they are stored, read or computed on. One location, one operator you know by name. The single thing that leaves is your morning memo, which goes out as ordinary email — figures and sentences, never the documents themselves.
What happens when it isn't sure?
It stops. Anything it can't prove from the page lands in your Review tab — click to resolve it yourself, or we clear the outstanding holds together on your review call. It never guesses and never invents a number.
What kinds of paperwork can it read?
Supplier bills, receipts, card-deposit summaries, sales-tax forms, emailed PDFs, spreadsheet exports — as scans, photos, or files. Bank statements and payroll stubs are read and filed today; pulling them apart line by line — every transaction, every stub — is the next build. If a page is too rough to read reliably, it's held for review instead of guessed at.
Can it really replace the manager I was going to hire?
The desk half, yes: checking invoices, watching prices, drafting orders, tracking stock and waste, reporting the numbers. The floor half — running shifts, managing people — stays human. Most owners find the desk half was the reason they were hiring.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. You keep your bank, your accountant, your habits. This sits underneath and does the reading — your accountant gets cleaner books, not a rival.
What if I want to leave?
You take everything with you. Your original documents come back as files — and your books were never locked in to begin with: the records room exports the purchase ledger as a CSV and a monthly close pack for your accountant any day, one click, not just the day you leave. Your working data is purged from the live system the day you ask; the encrypted nightly backups it sits inside roll off within 14 days. No contract holds your data hostage.
What does it cost?
It's scoped by module — most businesses start with the core (nightly books, morning memo, live dashboard) and add Finance, Supply Chain, or Insights from there. Always flat: no per-seat fees, no per-document metering, and a review call is included at every tier — monthly on the entry tier, weekly on the tiers above it. Most owners weigh it against the manager hire it replaces — it prices at a fraction of that salary. Book a call and we'll price your setup.

Start with an Overnight Audit

Fixed scope. Hand us a real box of your paperwork — the system reads it in one night and hands you the results: what it sorted, what it flagged, what it held for your review.
